Prawn and yam mixed fry

Point

Yam becomes outside crispy, inside moist and plump. UNILLOY casserole can also use for fried food. And its lightness is also easy to clean up.

Prawn (stripped shell)
100g
Potato starch
2 tablespoons
Egg
1/2
Salt

Sake
1 tablespoon
Frying oil

    Prawn removed vein from back, and washed by rubbing in potato starch. Wash with running water and wipe moisture well.

    Put ①, potato starch, egg, salt and sake in a food processor and minced.

    Yam peeled and cut into fine stripes.

    Mix ➁ and ③ with potato starch in a bowl.

    Put frying oil into UNILLOY casserole and heat medium, scoop out ④ with a bite-size spoon and drop into pot and fry.

    Turn upside down, then the color browned, take out to a bat.
  • 7

    Place on a vessel, add salt and Japanese pepper.
