Prawn removed vein from back, and washed by rubbing in potato starch. Wash with running water and wipe moisture well.2
Put ①, potato starch, egg, salt and sake in a food processor and minced.3
Yam peeled and cut into fine stripes.4
Mix ➁ and ③ with potato starch in a bowl.5
Put frying oil into UNILLOY casserole and heat medium, scoop out ④ with a bite-size spoon and drop into pot and fry.6
Turn upside down, then the color browned, take out to a bat.7
Place on a vessel, add salt and Japanese pepper.
