Grilled lamb with herb bread crumbs

Point

Salt rubbed on the side of fat strongly, another side lightly. UNILLOY casserole is also possible to put in the oven with lid. Lamb meat become roasted in moisture of vegetables, it become moist.

Ingredient

Lamb bone with block
800g〜1Kg
Salt
8g〜10g
Bread crumbs
1 cup
Parsley (chopped)
3 tablespoons
Garlic (chopped)
1 clove
Grain mustard
3 tablespoons
Onion (comb cut)

Potatoes (unpeeled and divided into 6 pieces)

Carrots (sliced 1cm)

Olive oil

    lamb meat firmly rubbed the salt on the surface.

    Place into UNILLOY casserole towards the fat of lamb under, and baked in medium heat slowly and carefully. (Blotting the excess fat while baking)

    When browned, once taken out and cool down, and paint the grain mustard on the surface.

    Cover ③ with mixed parsley, garlic and bread crumbs.

    Put olive oil into UNILLOY casserole and heated. Quickly fry the cut vegetables, salt and pepper.

    Put ③ on ⑤ and placed in an oven bake at 110℃ for 1 hour with lid.
